Cannot print multiple copies to HP Laserjet 2055DN network printer

No matter what program we print from (Word, Excel, Notes mail, even notepad) we only get 1 copy that prints even when we change the number of copies to 2 or more.  I've checked printing preferences and the printer properties on the network queue and cannot find anything that refers to this setting.   Any ideas on this?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

My suggestion is if you cannot find a document on the HP support page that helps then I would call HP tech support for assistance.

Out of curiosity, which driver are you using? If you are using PCL6, try installing the PCL5 driver.

Sumeshbnr - I'm trying to get my printer guy to reinstall the driver. He's the one who sets up all n/w printers....but so far he's unwilling to either reset the printer to factory settings or reinstall drivers. Eschaq - The current driver is the HP universal PCL 6 driver. I'm working on getting it changed.
