		<description><![CDATA[I wonder if this is an icon problem?If the icon is working on the desktop, but not on the task bar, verify the properties of the taskbar icon point to the application you want to open.My thought is that in trying to open the session to the remote server, your session ended, was ended by someone else, or is not recognizing our ID. I suspect this is not an icon issue, but something to do with the session you opened with the server not being available.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[ok i got the icon pin on the taskbar but when i click on it, it start the application but ask me to create a new profile again not the one i have created. I will have to right the icon on the taskbar then will show up my profile where i can click on.]]></description>
