Cannot Open Outlook Without Allowing Changes
When I try to open Outlook 2007, a "User Account Control" message pops up asking "Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer?" Allowing the changes cause Outlook and all desktop icons to be HUGE! What can I do?

Though u did not mention here about the OS, but guessing wind7….. and there is UAC features by default in 7. to avoid do the following:
Right click on OL icon > click properties > click compatibility tab and make un check “Run this program in compatibility mode” and then select “Run this program as an administrator” following click OK button. Now restart the same and see if that happens again. Hopefully No.
There is a way to disable UAC also, but not sure either u r admin / not, so security reason I am not going to explain here.

Rechil, I did what you said but it is still doing the same thing. Very pixilated and huge.

Sivaperumal, I don’t know what that means.
