I would hope since this question is well over a year old that you resolved this long ago. Keep in mind that there is a replication interval which you can force by running the RUS.

    Is this new? Did it work before? Have you tried it on another computer? Are others having the same problem? Is this a direct MAPI4 connection to the exchange server or is it set up as POP3?

    Yes it worked before.Even if i logon to another computer as that user it will do the same.I use direct Mapi

    Are you the exchange admin? If not can you ask the admin to check and see if this mailbox was disabled?
