Hi As per the title, we have a shared mailbox that users connect to using Outlook 2010 and this mailbox is added as an additional mailbox. The mailbox isn't particularly over sized (729106KB size, 15464 items). Users can view items in the mailbox, but are unable to move any items. We are just getting the generic 'Cannot move the items. The item cannot be moved. It was either already moved or deleted, or access was denied' error message. Permissions all look fine on the mailbox and multiple techs have looked into this and have been unable to rectify. If users access via OWA they can move the messages no problem so it is obviously a limit in the client somewhere.
