Cannot free up space on SSD

Over the past few days, I've been trying to free up some space on my solid-state drive. When I was running disk cleanup, I saw some files called: System queued Windows error report. I didn't think anything of it until the disk space was freed up by 1 GB. The error report was taking over 8 GB. Why doesn't this delete? Is there anything I can do on my end?

What OS is there? That depends on OS also. You mentioned error report, but what report, like system error dump file. If it is Windows, you can check either the error reporting service is set to manual. Also you can download/install a small tool called spacesniffer that can help to resolve this issue.

    "Why doesn't this delete?"

What does that mean? Have you tried to select them for deletion?

Those files are error reports that are intended (by Microsoft) to be sent to Microsoft. They are "queued" because they haven't yet been sent. If you don't care if Microsoft is notified of problems on your system, there is no reason to keep them.
