Cannot create MAPI accounts.

I am Amit working as a windows System Administrator,i am struggling with a problem,of which i need a solution.
1) I am using windows 2003 server,which acts as domain controller,DNS and DHCP and on which i have installed Exchange server 2003, my Dns,dhcp and exchange works fine,but when i try to configure MAPI account from MS Outlook I receive error that "name cannot be resolved,action could not be completed"but my I can create IMAP,PoP.
when i checked the event log i found some ldap errors,
so can you guide me for the same.

It sounds like your client computer using Outlook can't find a domain controller for doing an ldap query of Active Directory, for name resolution. Make sure that your domain controllers are all registering their SRV resource records in DNS, and make sure your client computers know where their primary DNS server is (from DHCP service settings.)
