Internet connectivity, Internet access, Desktop, Windows Vista, Web browsers
One pc on my network is connected to the internet but cannot browse.

OS: Vista Business
DHCP: Mikrotik

Try another browser. There is most likely and add-on or spyware that is blocking your web browser. Also try Internet Explorer with no add-ons in Start -> Accessories -> System Tools.

Have you tried disabling/enabling your network card…or rebooting both computer and DSL router/cable modem? Do you have a link light where your network cable plugs in or are you on the right wireless network?

Have you checked tcp/ip settings ? Is the DNS server address correct ?
