Hi All, I did some changes of implementing Routing group connectors in our 16 sites .Now some public folders which are in the hub site are not accessible from any of our remote sites.Any way the routing group connectors are deleted because of email disruption.I can access the public folders. The error that we get is : "Unable to display the folder. The folder cannot be opened because there is a configuration problem on the server. Contact the microsoft exchange system admin.." Thanks Raj

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

How are the routing groups connected now? Using SMTP-connectors or did you create new RGC’s? Can you add some of the remote servers as a replica of the affected public folders?

Hello, It sounds like you may have an issue with the routing costs assigned to your RGC's. make sure your connectors are not assigned an infinite routing cost. This will cause the server hosting your public folders to discard any public folder referals sent from your remote servers. Setting an infinite cost triggers the 'Do Not Allow Public Folder Referals' option. Instead assign a cost to each routing group with a value of 1 - 100 with lowest numbers taking higher priority. Good Luck!
