Cannot access Cisco 2811 web interface
Hello, I am able to SSH in to the device, however the web interface will not accept the same credentials. I know nothing about Cisco, and this unit will be replaced soon so I just need to get a few things off of it before it goes on the shelf. What I need are all of the MAC addresses in one of the ACLs, so getting them via CLI is fine, but I would need every step in detail as I have zero IOS knowledge. Getting into the web interface would probably be easier. Thanks, -Travis

Answer Wiki:
Unfortunately, when a device won't accept our credentials, our only option is to reset the device to factory settings. This usually means unplugging the device. Plugging the power back in and holding the reset button for at least 15 seconds. Once this is successful, you will be able to access the default settings on it's default IP address, and you will have to reconfigure security and the like. Hope this helps! -Schmidtw *********************************************************** From the command line "show ip access-list" will output all the access-list information. If you know the name of the access-list you are looking for then "show ip access-list <i>name</i>" will output just the ACL you are looking for. At any time on the command line entering "?" will provide a list of command line options. Good luck! ------------------------ There may be other credentials enabled for web access. Check the config for level 15 access and that http is enabled.
