There's not an out-of-box sync, per se, but 1) there are web parts that can expose the calendar (as OWA) and 2) there are third-party tools that can do a lot with integrating Exchange, Outlook, and SharePoint. Most importantly, I'd really look at whether you even NEED Exchange calendar (for groups I assume you mean?) I would just put the calendar in SharePoint where there is a lot that can be done with it, and retire that part of Exchange...
