U may insert the first Windows Small Business Server 2003 CD-ROM, Disk1 and invoke X:i386winnt32/cmdcons, replacing X with the drive letter of the Windows Small Business Server 2003 CD-ROM. Click Yes to install the Recovery Console.
If the problem due to “NTOSKRNL.EXE” file, u may try to run chkdsk /r command.
