I've always been taught to disable UAC on my machines and after I upgraded to Windows 8, I did just that. However, there actually is no off option (You can only turn off the notifications). This means that nothing is run as an "Administrator" so I have to keep closing and reopening my console and Visual Studio. I know in Windows 7 that you could check off to run as administrator. Is there a process to do it in Windows 8? Thanks!
