Can SQL Server 2005 32-bit and SQL Server 2005 64-bit co-exist on the same cluster machine?

There should be no reason that you couldn't install both the 32bit and 64bit instances on the same machine. What's the reason that you want to install both builds on the same server? You will get better performance if they are the same build edition.
