I add MX and A record on my domain (embawood.az) 85.132.35.14. I think that my problem is : DNS server name on my company is embawood.dm But i want that I get mail from Embawood.az domain. But i add recepient policy the domain name embawood.az and i added the embawood.az domain to AD domain adn Trustes

But the name 85.132.35.14.embawood.az doesn’t have an IP address assigned to it. You said that you are trying to setup this to go to tets.embawood.az. You need to setup tets.embawood.az as an A record in your public DNS server and point the MX record to this A record.

Review this wikipedia article on MX records. Once you have ensured that the DNS records (A & MX) are properly configured, then go to MXTools and see if the records are available on the internet. Until the records have been propagated across the internet or can be resolved outside of your network, inbound email will not work.
