Can not receive color messages in Outlook Express
A reader asks: My inbox in Outlook Express 6 does not receive color messages. Incoming email is in black and white only. I can send email messages in color with no problems and the recipient receives my emails in color - but I can't receive them. Anyone have any idea why this is happening? Thanks.
