I have a question regarding Microsoft Outlook 2003 mailbox rules. Some mailboxes are accessible to multiple Outlook users. These users need permissions set up and manage the mailbox rules in order to organize shared public folders. The users need to be able to access and edit each other’s Outlook rules. How can this be done? Are Outlook rules specific to mailboxes or to users' profiles? Can changes made to Outlook rules be updated for all the users that have access to these mailboxes?
