Can Linux be used on a PC acting as the iSeries system console?

I have a 9406 model 810 with a primary and one secondary partition (both running OS/400 V5R2). Currently there are 2 PCs running Windows XP set up to act as the system console (one for each partition). I'd like to know if these PCs can run Linux instead of Windows and still run Operations Console and iSeries Access (i.e. Is there an iSeries Access for Linux)? Thanks in advance!
