Can you set up journaling for the integrated IM in Notes 7?

In the Notes client -> File menu -> Preferences option ->User Preferences -> Instant Messaging tab -> Options, you should check the box "Save my discussion in my mailbox" (something like that, sorry my software is in French ... lol) <hr> For server based IM journaling or logging, you should use a 3rd party product. Server based IM journaling/logging is available and can be enabled via these instructions: http://searchdomino.techtarget.com/tip/0,289483,sid4_gci802269,00.html# More robust chat logging capabilities is available with a 3rd party product. Here's just one company that does this. http://www.imtegrity.com/ This offers chat logging and auditing.

What do you mean by journaled. They can be logged in a file if that is what you are referring to.

I am referring to journaling on the server. It’s an option you can turn on to keep a copy of all of the emails. I am trying to figure out if you can do the same thing for instant messaging chats.
