 Can I build a blog with HTML in a LiveLink custom view?

I need a very basic blog and would like to put it into LiveLink. Any ideas?

The LiveLink ECM Briefs section of their own site is blog-based: http://www.opentext.com/blogs/ecm_briefs/2007/03/welcome_to_ecm_briefs.html. From digging through their site It looks like it's part of an Extended Collaboration package.
