		<description><![CDATA[If your ISP is loosing your emails, that is the problem you most address first.  Making exchange a POP3 would not make any difference on your emails been lost.  Make sure that your MX record is properly set as well as your PTR record.  You can check them with WWW.DNSSFTUFF.COM.
