 What happens when there are insufficient CALs available?
what happens when there are isuffucient CALs when end-users try to connect to the server?

Answer Wiki:
When the end-user tries to connect to a network resource on the server, they will get an error message. I believe it is a pretty generic message stating the network resource is not available, it will not tell the user that there aren't any CALs available. You have to look on the server in the Licensing (ProgramsAdministrative ToolsLicensing) to see how many CALs are available and how many are being used.
