calling reports


Oracle error messages, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports

i am trying to call oracle 9i report through 9i forms but getting the error:
REP-0503 YOU DID NOT SPECIFY THE NAME OF THE REPORT

please help me and tell me the complete steps of calling the report through forms
