I am using IBM iSeries (AS/400) with Apache server. To start the Apache I am running the following command:

- Call qp2term

- cd /usr/local/zend/apache2/bin

- apachectl –k start

Can you please guide me how to start the Apache from CL command (Instead using qp2term program)

Hi, Your Apache is the Apache included with the OS? If it's your case, Littlepd has the response but if it's another Apache port (Zend for example), it can be different (Zend has its won menu to start/stop their Apache instance). Can you please be more specific. Regards, Wilson

If you're running HTTP Admin in the QHTTPSVR subsystem, you can login to http://youriseriesipaddress:2001/HTTPAdmin From there, select then click on Manage Details. Click on General Server Config the Select Autostart YES.

I think It is Zend Apache. I am using also Zend Core PHP. I need this CL command to add it to a file. This file is running after IPL (Initial Program Load) and I need to add a CL to load the Apache automatically.
