have a requirement for a DDI number to be on permanent divert to a
mobile. The user does not have a account on the call manager, nor does
he need one. I just need to provide a Land-line number so it can divert
to his mobile. What is the best way for me to achieve this with the
lease amount of aggro please. Should I use a route pattern or something
? or can this be done on the router ?
We have Call manager 7.1.2 and our Voice Gateway is a Cisco 2811.
Any ideas / help will be much appreciated.
