 Calendar scheduling delegated to another Notes user
Lotus Notes, Lotus Notes Scheduling, Lotus Notes User Permissions, Notes Administration
I want to allow my assistant access to my calendar functions so she can schedule appointments, meetings, etc.  How do I set up the privileges in Notes to allow her to do this from her Notes program on the same corporate network?  

Software/Hardware used:
Notes 8.5 with XP

Answer Wiki:
Open your mail file and click on "More" -> Preferences (located above the subject column). Click on the "Access and Delegation" tab. From there is should be self explanatory. Please Note: If your mail template is still on a pre 8.x version it will be listed as Tools (not More). HTH, Derek
