Calendar Problem in Lotus Notes 6.5
I sent out a meeting invitation from Tom Medrek's calendar for the Monthly MSA OPS. I am Tom's secretary. This meeting was scheduled for Wednesday March 11th at 11:00 am to 12 noon. On looking at some invitees' calendars the meeting is scheduled on the 11th. When I looked at Tom's calendar this morning this same meeting is now scheduled on Saturday, March 7 at 9:30 am. Tom is overseas just now, but I asked him to check his blackberry, and he said it showed the March 7 date. I am not sure what is going on, but this needs to be checked out. The correct date is, of course, Wednesday March 11. Why has this meeting moved from 11th to 7th march on Tom's calendar, but not rescheduled by anyone else. Thanks for your help.

I would check the 'Document Properties' of this calendar event... to see who/what last modified it.
To do this, go to the "Day" view of the calendar (March 7) and locate the appointment. Right click on it, and choose Document Properties. When the Info box comes up, first look on the 1st tab to see date last Modified, and make a note of it. Notice if it is different than the Created date?
Then click on the 2nd tab of the Info box, it shows fieldnames on the left side and info about those fields on the right side. Locate the field named "$UpdatedBy" on the left. Click once on it to highlight it... and then look across to the right side and see who the person was that last updated it. Perhaps someone DID reschedule it and just hasn't admitted to it yet?
This will tell you for sure.
