Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

First u have to create an Appointment….
1. Click the Actions menu and choose Auto-Date….
2. Use Formula tabs to schedule events that occur on same day each week / same day each month
3. To use the Formula tab, follow the wording conventions as set by GroupWise.
(u can go for Help for this purpose)
4. Click Example tab and set Start and End date
NOTE: By default, End date set as one year or u may define a no of occurences
5. Select Days of the Week, Days of the Month or as ur desire
6. For pattern view click the Dates tab to click the dates, and click OK
7. If appointment will occur on consecutive days, u may define the number of days also.
