If each person Shares their Outlook Calendar with "Reviewer" permission as the DEFAULT, then anyone can see their full calendar details in their own Outlook client.

To share your calendar, go to the Calendar View in the Navigation Pane of Outlook.
Click on the "Share My Calendar..." link.
On the Permission Tab, set the Permission Level of "Default" to at least "Reviewer".

To see someone elses Calendar, click on the "Open a Shared Calendar..." link.
Click on the Name button to browse your GAL and add all of the users you want to see.
Their Calendar will show in your Outlook Calendar view.
Their Name will be added to the Other Calendars section of the Calendar Navigation Pane.
Check or Uncheck the box next to the name to view or not view a calendar.

Their may be third party products to make this easier, but this method is free with Exchange.
