 Calculate Duration for Annual Leave

Hi, I have Lotus Notes application which is for Leave applying. I have calculate duration function to calculate duration of leave when user put Date from to Date to. This function did not calculate Saturday and Sunday as working day even the user put Saturday and Sunday in their leave. But the problem is some user can't get the calculated duration which means only show 0 days when they put Saturday and Sunday. If they don't put Saturday and Sunday the duration is shown up. But other users can get duration even they put Saturday and Sunday. I would like to know why it is happened and is there anyone can give me any idea. Thanks in advanced.

I need to know your code, are you using lotus script or formula language. Use formula language @businessdays , this give error free result. Check your date field and v alue which is capturing in this field, is it containing time along with the date.
