 Cable modems

I am currently installing a WIFI system for a company that does not want their system to be noticed on the network. I need to know if I need to install an additional cable modem, or can I use the same modem they connect. The company has 1 cable modem, 3 workstations, and one wired router already in place. If someone would give me advice, I would appreciate it Thanks, John
