 Building reports in SQL Server 2008

I am on SQL Server 2008, and we want the clients to be able to build their own reports whenever they want. Are there any tools out there that can do this?

That would be SQL Server Reporting Services. Its a part of the SQL Server product line and has a report builder which can be installed on end users desktop so that they can build reports on the fly.
