 Building asp.net multilingual aplication

Hi, I have a doubt on asp.net. That is, I need to build a multilingual web application. Just for an example, I tried to create a resource using Tools Menu's Generate Local Resource menu item for a default.aspx page. But the menu item is disabled. I am not understanding, how to activate that menu item. I tried it from 2 separate systems. Please, anyone guide me how to do it. Thanks, Pavani.

Try creating a new web site project and activating the Tools Menu’s Generate Local Resource menu item. That might help you patch together what you need.
