Buddy List not displaying in Lotus Sametime
Lotus Notes 6.5, Sametime
How do you fix the problem of a user's buddy list in 6.5 not displaying? They can chat with someone as long as they are contacted. The show/hide options in the toolbar and the status bar do not show it.

It is probably off screen.
Close Notes
Edit the notes.ini
Remove the line starting with "BuddyListPos"
start Notes

It should then be accessible via show/hide.

You can go into the sametime user profiles and delete the users entry. This would force the user to recreate the list but should fix the issue.
