There are a few options available to address this. Run: updall -R ( rebuilds the existing indexes) Alternatively: Run: compact database -D (discards all existing indexes) lastly try creating a new replica after discarding all existing indexes

This normally means the OS file structure is screwed and this would need to be deleted and a new replicate done or stored from backup. It is likely new Domino corruption housekeeping will fix this.
