 BRMS Control Group failing to backup
Hi All,

  Every day one of my control group is failing.When i look into the logs i found the below error. Couldn't isolate the problem.Can anybody help me on this to make the CTLG successful.

Message . . . . :   Error occurred processing exit command for control        group DAILY8.                                                               Cause . . . . . :   The control group DAILY19 was processing the exit command    at sequence 0070 when an error occurred. Check the job log for more          information.

It looks like the command at exit point 70 is running into problems, so I would focus on that.

Could you press Function Key 11 and send that printout ? The extra info you sent is of no use. After the F11 key you will see the action for the exit at sequence 70. If you have a joblog of the Job you can scan using information found in the action.

Check the existence of the data area and if the profile running the Control group has authority to it. The joblog of the backup should provide more information as to why the command failed.
