How can I bridge the gap between IT workers in the U.S. and India? Specifically, what can I learn about the differences in culture, English language use, sociology, and psychology of the two groups to facilitate communication and understanding? My goal is to be able to relate to my Indian counterparts on an interpersonal level. I strongly believe I have much to learn from my Indian counterparts and need to know where to find the information I desire. Please refer English language websites, books, magazines, and even if you want to be a personal contact to help further my understanding. Thank you very much for reading this question!
