To build on what RamseyB is saying, you would normally do this through registry changes. However, you can use group policy to the push those changes to all of your computers. Here is a good link from MSDN on how to do it: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms954395.aspx

Not sure how you can do it via AD or DC but could make a batch file to update people's reg. Go to for IE branding info.
