We'd love to be able to help but we're going to need a lot more information about your system, email provider, etc.

Yes, a lot more info requires.... which type of mail/ is it a directly access/ squid proxy/ other proxy system/ what OS r u using now ! which browser (like IE/FF/Safari or other).
Plz disclose more to get proper opinion. I am not sure, but some symptoms that u have to observe....
  • Either the receiving email server is too busy and is not accepting email messages. That time it is needed to resend the message to that email address at a later time.

  • May be there receiving email client inbox is full. U have to ask this person to clear out messages in his/her inbox before s/he can receive anymore messages.

If you're not the technical contact, it's reasonably likely that you don't have the authorizations necessary to make significant configuration changes. The needed changes are probably needed to either your e-mail server or your internet servers (e.g., DNS server for mail routing probably controlled by your service provider).

You need a qualified person to make such changes or to coordinate them with a provider. The probable help really isn't a good idea through a forum. This forum is intended to work with qualified technicians. The amount of information needed would approach the scale of a training course. It simply isn't feasible.
