 Bookmark Problem
I send a doc link for a new db. The user opens it and then drags the tab from the workspace to the bookmark bar. This causes an error in subsequent uses: the new bookmark opens not to the frameset as specified in the launch properties but with the views exposed. If the user is instructed to use File : Database Open and add the db to the bookmark bar, things work properly. Has anyone seen and solved this problem? Thanks.

Hi! This occurs often... To solve this, be careful when you create the bookmark. The view shoulden't be marked in the frameset. I quess that you have a outline to the left, mark that first before you copy it as a link. Then paste it in the the email. Sometimes old bookmarks (that are hidden eg. under More databases) and links in the workspace can be pain in the..... to find. Bookmarks can be very frustration issues to solve. When the user is not nearby - it is good to have a remote access app to look for the bookmarks yourself then trying to guide an user through various places in the Notes client.
