 Blocking internet access except Outlook
I WORKED WITH ONE MENUFACTERING COMPANY ,IN MY COMPANY WE R USING INTERNET WIA LEN , NOW I HAVE TO BLOCK THE USER TO USE INTERNET EXCEPT THE OUTLOOK, ONLY FEW MACHINE I WANT FULL ACCESS OF INTERNET SUGGEST ME FOR BLOCKING INTERNET,ISP COMES TO ROUTER & FROM ROUTER IT GOES TO SWITCH, FROM SWITCH EVERY ONE IS SERING INTERNET,

Sounds like it might be an issue with your DNS. On the computers than can access outlook but not the internet, try changing the DNS from automatic to static (you can leave IP as automatic). If I understand correctly, evertything is working fine now, but the OP wants to block internet access to some computers.

Rajdip, one way to achieve that would be using a proxy server.

assign the computers you want to block a proxy server address andf/or port that is not useable. For example, use 10.1.1.254 port 8080 (as long as that address is not used for anything).

I’m not clear what Outlook has to do with internet access. Is it because the mail server is outside the local network? Or is it that the mail server is going to be the only system that will be allowed access to or from the outside?
