Is there any way to block all personal webmail from our Windows Server 2008 Active Directory network? All communications need to be logged.

We use WebSense to block all unauthorized web traffic. I am sure there are many other web blocking tools you can use for this as well. I am not familiar with everything available out there. I am sure there are others who can make recommendations for you as well.
