On the security tab of an account properties click the advanced button. You can uncheck "inherit from the parent the permission entries that apply child objects". Is that what you are trying to acheive?

1. regedt32.exe > Locate the following key in the registry:
HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftExchangeEXAdmin
2.. Edit menu > Add Value and add the following
Value Name: ShowSecurityPage; Data Type: REG_DWORD; Radix: Binary
Value: 1
Quit regedit
