Can we block activesync from being used on the network? Desktops are running Windows XP SP3 and we do not want contacts and data transferred to users personal devices for secrecy reasons.

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

You will also want to check that Mobile Services is turned off at the global level on your Exchange server to prevent users from wirelessly synching their devices. From System Manager go to Gloal Settings and update the properties on Mobile Services.

I use GFI Endpoint security for the same. But we can use Group policy too.
