Try out this…. To do this job, u must have admin privilege,
1. Click Administrative Tools thru Start > Programs or thru Control Panel
2. On left-hand side look for the Server Name (IIS version matters) and clikc + symbol
3. Right-click on Domain name > Properties
4. On Directory Security Tab search for “IP Address and Domain Name Restrictions” and then click Edit
Remember, there is 2 options, either grant access to all computers & restrict individual IP’s / vice-versa
Now, to make restrict IP, or to add an IP address, click Add and next I hope u may do it ur own by following the on-screen instructions.

Here is a <a href=”http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc733090(WS.10).aspx”>Good Guidance</a>. Though it is based on Windows 2008, but hope it gives some idea on the same.
