block user access to others inbox on exchange server
How do i disable the menu: file, open other? That lets users access others mail boxes.

You can't disable the File menu on the client. It's used for much more than that.
Users can only access other users mail boxes if they have been given rights to the other users mailbox. If a user has rights to a mailbox that they shouldn't, you should correct the permissions, not try and restrict the functionality of the application.
