At my job, I currently use Microsoft Outlook 2016 (Office 365) on Windows 10. Can I actually block email IDs or domains so that the email never reaches my inbox. I don't even want it to go to the junk folder. I just want to completely block the emails from getting in.

In Outlook, right click on the email. This will give you a number of options to do with the email or emails. One of the options is to block a sender, another of of the options is block a domain. Once you have blocked the sender or domain, then you can also default it out of the junk folder and send it straight to trash.

Click Home > junk > junk email options. Now select blocked senders tab. Next select Add. It shows the Enter an email address or internet domain name to be added to the list, box, here you put the name/ address that you wanted to add. Or it is possible, to add entire domains also. After putting proper address etc. click Ok.
