Blank Email Body in Outlook 2003
Hi All I have a strange problem with a few users at my site. Every now and then they receive an email from an external contact and the Outlook does not display the body. The mail is often sent to more than one of my users and the others can all see the body ok, also the users in question often receive mail from the same sender which is displayed ok. If I use pocketknife peek (an outlook add in tool to preview email) I can see the body ok and it shows the HTML source fine. If I view the HTML source in outlook it shows nothing in the body. Any Ideas? Stuart

Answer Wiki:
I would try adding this email to the Safe Senders List. You can do this by right clicking the email in question and then scrolling down to the Junk Mail section and selecting the "Add to Safe Senders List". You might want to check Tools, Options, Junk E-mail Options, and see if your protection is maybe turned up too high; Low is the default and then see if the last box is checked also pertaining to not turning on links to it deems unsafe. Nex check the Tools, Options, then Security tab and click on the Change Automatic Download settings and ensure all the boxes are checked. This is the default.

Thanks for the reply ExchDude. I will try adding the domain to a users safe sender list as a test as it happens sporidically to many users here with mail from various users at another company.

If that works do you know of a way to populate this domain in everyones safe sender list or is it just a case of visiting each person as they are affected to make the change?

Thanks again
