BlackBerry send option not appearing

While trying to reply a mail the send option is not appearing. Solution tried but not succeeded: 1. Desktop(CMIME) deleted and resent from BES 2. Rebooted the device removing battery while it is ON Can anybody provide a solution.

You’ve lost access to your BES or BB hosted server. Open the email settings reinstall the login and password info to confirm it is correct.
