 Blackberry sync with outlook 2003 calander
I have a client who when he now tries to sync his blackberry with calander The exchange logon screen pops up, which he says never happened before. The problem is when he enters his credentials the logon screen reappears,no incorrect userid/password error. He has no problem opening outlook. Any help will be appreciated.

Has your client treid a hard reset on the Blackberry? This consists of removing the battery while the Blackberry is turned on. (no information will be lost.) Also check for updated software for the PC. This can be downloaded from the providers web site. Also check the version of firmware, this might need to be updated as well. Are you using a BES server? (Blackberry enterprise server)You might want to check out settings on that end as well.
